Farm Table in O’Fallon, MO is welcoming spring with yoga on Wednesday evenings, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Become aware of your own connection to the flow of life through yoga.
Move with ease and mindfulness in and out of yoga postures as you observe and feel
the movement of your breath.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in this beautiful, local setting. Yoga increases your
awareness of your body posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It boosts your
energy level while increasing your flexibility and joint range of motion. It also improves
strength while raising your endurance level. The ancient art of yoga is a mind-body-soul
experience, and is a time-proven way to access deeper levels of peacefulness, even as
you open up channels to move the energy through your body. Lessen worry and
anxiety with simple breathing practices that help you relax even in the midst of our fast
