Refund policy
Thank you for your support and purchase. I strive to properly photograph my work and products to represent the quality and color correctly. Please be advised that the image may appear differently according to your computer screen. In the event you may not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days after you receive your order. I reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the item(s) for longer.
Listed below are the details for returns.
- Request of a return must be made by email within 5 days of receiving order.
- Once approval for a return has been issued in form of an email, the returned item must reach me within 10 days for refund.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- For items being returned I can only refund the cost of the item, NOT the shipping.
- For items you want to exchange/return – you are responsible for the shipping costs to send products back to me.
- When an item is being returned to me, I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- I am not responsible for customs, duties, taxes incurred when package returns to me where applicable.
Damages - If by chance your ordered item(s) arrive damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please photograph the box and damage as well as the damaged items and contact me immediately so I can file a claim with the shipper.
