Shipping policy
Domestic Shipments will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with Priority Shipping (an approximate arrival time of 3 to 4 days – not guaranteed) including a tracking number. Orders will be processed approximately within 7-10 business days of placing your order unless other arrangements have been made and approved by email. You will receive an email and/or text notification when your order gets shipped out along with the tracking information.
Guaranteed/Expedited Orders - If you desire to have your purchase guaranteed for delivery by a certain date, please reach out to me and I will arrange for delivery with either UPS or FEDEX and adjust the shipping difference and send a request for payment. I understand folks have expectations of timely arrival and I would like to offer choices for prompt arrivals.
Shipping Worldwide - Please email me after you have ordered, and I will give you a quote of your options. After you have chosen your shipping preference, I will then send you a request for payment. Once paid, your order will be processed and shipped within the allotted time.
Additionally – All customers pay for any custom charges, duties, or taxes charged to them by their country. I do not mark the items as “gifts” and I put the true value of the item so that in the rare chance the item is lost we can refund the full value.
General Shipping Information –
- I do not ship out orders on the weekend.
- Unclaimed or undeliverable mail will not be refunded.
- Please note shipping timeframes listed above and quoted are estimates and it sometimes arrives sooner or sometimes takes longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country or in your neck of the woods.
- Additional Shipping costs may apply for larger/heavier or oversize orders.
- If you refuse your order and it comes back to me, I will NOT refund the shipping costs. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item or items.
- Please Be Advised: Once your order has shipped, it is out of my hands and I have provided you with your tracking information, please contact the shipper directly to be advised of delivery process.
- I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - I ship to the address provided – refunds for your order can NOT be made for this. * If you leave a note for a different shipping address, please make sure you get an email confirmation from me, otherwise, I have not received or seen that note.
